Yep, totally agree. However they didn't and we are where we are. If anything, the ASX at least needs to be sending them a please explain for the significant movement in share price, which was in the opposite direction to what should have eventuated after what was announced, but which is explained by the capital raising announcement that was to follow. It's really pretty disappointing how STX management have handled this. They deserve to be put in the hot seat over it.
