Is there any reason why obj can not be reinstated to market ... the board has made us shareholders aware of their plans re the acquisition as that further details will be made available in order to cast our vote.. so all we need to do is vote..

Can someone more knowledgeable than me advise if this is any different to when a company advises that a takeover offer has been received for shareholder approval... the shares generally continue to trade and a vote is conducted .. so why aren’t we trading..?

if we were reinstated now I would expect that with the recent positive Ann’s re bodyguard and p&g reneg our sp could be trading between 3-5 c IMO.. if it was 5 cents the proposed consolidation would only need to be 1 for 6 to consolidate to a 30c sp which is significantly better than 1-20.. of course this would impact the acquisition price.. and IMO probably represent fair value for ns...

so again any official reason / rules why we can’t be reinstated Now ..?
