    average price asked indicates $2 per pound if it was ave 16%

    assuming the ave % is lower around 12-14% the asking price is around $2.5-$3

    reasonable offers means within reason - is not looking to clear it at any price

    sounds about where I thought it was at per Micks suggested $2 mark
