The statement speaks of "Further clarification". The ASX is reasonably liberal where a statement is somehow incomplete or ambiguous and affords every opportunity to further explain or remedy human error. It accepts sincere apologies on the record where language proves insufficient.
This situation is more serious than that. HFR is now suspended from official quotation, an enlargement upon a mere extension of a trading halt.
The Quarterly reads as unexceptional boilerplate, describing progress and process refinement as HFR awaits construction permits. There is something very wrong here to prompt decisive ASX action.
I had a jug of Sangria prepared, now need something stronger.
