l reckon she's a shot duck boys, whatever questions it was that the asx had must have been serious or there would have been some kind of movement by now, surely? Given that one of the board members was a long time employee of the ASX l would have thought the BOD could have sailed these waters reasonably easily, unless someone was getting clever.
