Staggering how many people don't understand what the words, "whichever is the earlier" mean.
Last time I checked, the 3rd of December has come earlier than any later date, and in this instance earlier than "until such time" - which was to give the company the chance to release news prior to the 3rd if it were ready.
Both GMV and ASX asleep at the wheel as far as governance goes, but that's nothing new.
