Correct @robbo24 15 months on and it is exactly as BPL stated in the 5th September 2018 earn-in announcement, the IE has assessed (I assume) that decisions made by the management of the TJV regarding the apportionment of costs following the initial earn-in were not in keeping with the TJV agreement.
5th Sept.
"BPL has assessed the technical and financial milestones under the TJV Stage 2 and confirms that COB has now earned a 70% beneficial interest in the TJV. BPL holds the balance of 30% beneficial interest and 100% of the legal title"
If BPL can fund their 30% then it looks like we only missed a year where the cobalt price was in the toilet, if you look on the bright side that is.
