    Odd as time waiting played against BPL....depleting their financial resources...ideally they would want a piece of the cobalt pie but the JV requires cashed up players. Pretty sure this was outlined the the JV.

    Maybe we'll head to another IE if these two companies don't bury the hatchet and cut a deal. (Could BPL survive another one?)
