agree mbomb off take wont be happening tomorrow but who knows . hopefully IRR around 20% as you said. add in hpa to mix and it probably moves to 50%. buy and hold for me here based on news flow next few weeks. ore from NC is due to be in aus this week i was told so plant trials can start asap. once samples are delivered to potential off take partners and this is announced i dont think market cap will be 8 million.
