Is this just a marketing ploy to get people talking about and looking at BPH.

trying to raise capital and only had $30k when the previous prospectus had to get reissued (section 2d supplementary prospectus)

Does not sound like there has been a lot of interest.

with a trading halt and then a voluntary suspension, a lot more free publicity comes BPH's way and an opportunity to sell to a new audience.

Lpoking at the announcement, the reason for the suspension was "a proposed material development", not a distribution agreement, or a sale, or anything concrete, just proposed.

Guess we will just need to wait and see.
