On a serious note, I hope holders got out financially intact. SAMR was never going to happen, falling sales....etc, perhaps all engineered, the end is happy at $13 per share. I guess Mengieu get the cash in the bank too....smart....pay shareholders with their own money. Still better than getting nothing. The incompetence of ALL THE BOARD, and MANAGEMENT has been staggering. Even Jan Cameron realised this offer was the last stop and Cohen is an absolute nit wit.
