just a guess at the cr price. I think usually 15 to 20% of the average of the last 5 days or so(cant remember exact figures) but APC board tend to go as low as they can go for some reason. Over the last 5 years price has gone in a sort of sine wave with 12c to 15c at the top and 5c to 8c at the bottom.
The project looks so good but they cant get the sp up unlike their peers. Even rwd has perked up and looks likely to stay there. A bit of a shame.
