The raising at a discounted 19¢ was heavily oversubscribed.
Fresh from squaring away a $US110 million debt facility for its Pilgangoora lithium project last week, Altura Mining has locked in a $26 million placement to begin a study on stage two of the development.
Riding a fresh wave of interest in the lithium sector of late, Altura announced this morning its raising at a discounted 19¢ was heavily oversubscribed.
It is understood the raising attracted US investment giant BlackRock, which took up about half the shares on offer, and that Altura had received offers for as much as $40 million worth of shares...”
Synchronistically, it just announced a substantial holder status in NRW (NWH) - AJM’s contractor ..
