My 2 cents worth.
- Shanshan part finance with low interest loan with guaranteed off take agreement for stage 2.
- The other part loan not so favourable but coming in at 10% possible from the same group as SYA. Not sure how Gangfeng will fit in but they are already locked in for stage 2 offtake.
- Refinancing to occur after February
- AB to take up remaining shares at 6c to cover the February interest payment due to reduced sales for Sep quarter.
Share price to stabilise around 10c heading north quarterly.
