Yes, thats right, and you would have thought that was the end of the matter, but yet, here we are again, suspended.
What that tells me is that the remodeled mine plan and mining operation that was proposed, after the events mid year last year, are still not reflective of reality, one can speculate on why but its too late now.

We now await what hopefully will be a viable, achievable and perhaps under promising slightly mine & mining model that the market can have confidence in.
