We have had notification of 145 CP's being met and at least one loan being made available.

As for the damaged plastic liner theory, an onsite photograph shows the poly weighted down by green sand bags. It is a plausible idea. We were told that 60Ha had been lined.

It will be interesting to see what the outcome is

I looked at the rainfall charts in the area for the past month against 12 month average and there has certainly been significant rainfall. If their pond infrastructure had been so severely damaged wouldn’t they have had to announce this to the market a week or two ago? Not spend 1-2 weeks sitting on their hands and then go into a 2 week hold for an independent review of expenditure?
