Like so many 'pilots' and 'partnership agreements' and 'reseller agreements' (at least 20 I reckon), my own expectation is that we won't ever hear any of these names again. Without reviewing all recent announcements again my recollection is that the words China Telecom have not been mentioned for quite a while either. There is a real pattern with this lot. Full on exciting announcements, and then nothing. Very frustrating.
I'm with waterblunt - just make an announcement and tell the market what the issue is, and what they are doing about it. It should not be that hard.
