I reckon they are poor at meaningful communication because they have nothing meaningful to communicate. Lots of spec "deals" in the pipeline, none of which have come to much or have just vanished into thin air. Suspect they were just the bait to attract new equity. The reality of making money from tech in China, esp after having given the Chinese the codes for future development, is a whole different ball game. if they had any real good news they'd be shouting it loud and clear and backed with hard numbers, not keeping their supporters in the dark.
