Good news..... the government is introducing measures to allow companies to operate while insolvent.
That might buy MXC a couple of extra months.
If this JV drains cash resources at all, it will be at the expense for other primary business activities. Better be a near term and substantial profit to come from this JV or they're effectively gambling the company on another pivot.
