In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2 the Company provides the following information regarding the request:
1. The voluntary suspension request by the Company is to allow finalisation of an announcement on a
material agreement regarding a strategic joint venture with a Swiss company in relation to COVID-19.
2. The Company expects the voluntary suspension to end no later than the commencement of trade on
Tuesday 24 March 2020, when it anticipates it will be in a position to make a detailed announcement to
the market in respect of the abovementioned transaction.
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor of any
other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
