this is what I was getting at last time - we had a halt for two days so we could go into a suspension. This should say "We are suspending because company XYZ and SFG are negotiating an equity funding agreement for between 30-60% of the company for between $20-100million" (please note - this is illustration of my point, not what is happening)...
