    They would have known that the accounts were not going to be finalised some time ago. Looks like it tried to fluff it up with a potential registration announcement however deadlines are deadlines, hence we find ourselves where we are today.

    Yet again this company highlights the fact that it is no more than a backyard operation and is a shambles. 3 weeks to wait until I can claim my tax write off.
