Directors weren’t buying, they just acquired shares through additional share issuing (no consideration)
Its strange, I would have thought they were aware of their annual report issue when they issued the trading halt last week... makes me think that the suspension has more to deal with a registration/deal negotiation they think will be finalised in a few weeks.
