VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, G Medical Innovations Holdings Limited (the Company) hereby requests
that its securities be placed into voluntary suspension pending the lodgement of its audited annual report to
shareholders for the year ended 31 December 2019 and providing an update on the registration status of the
Company’s products.
The Company requests that trading in its securities be suspended until after the expected announcement is made
or until the market opens on Friday 17 April 2020, whichever is the earlier.
The Company is not aware of any reason why this suspension request should not be granted.
