IF they do not pull clean out of this announcement, then one can only conclude the company operation has been a SCAM right through given their history of deals that never ended up seeing the daylight, but their "existance" (PERHAPS fictional ?) were instrumental to sucking money out of shareholders.
I said, "IF", and if they pull out clean I will stand WRONG, ... in this case.
IF they do not pull clean out of this announcement, then one can...
