People not just invest in a company or a product from a company, but also invest in the management of the company. If the management of the company is incompetent, dishonest and care about their benefits more than company's benefit, DO NOT invest in them. Investing company like that is worse than a gambler rolling the dice as there are 99% you will loss your money, while rolling a fair dice at least give you 1/6 chance of winning.
If you like the concept of investing into the medical cannabis, there are plenty of other MM companies around.
Look at VC deal, YuShop deal , CG deal, and with SP dropped nearly 90% in 2 years time, I really can't see how you comes up with the conclusion that "long term this stock will pay off". All I can see is a lot of mum and dad investors' hard earned money goes to directors' pocket. (300k per year ! )
