I very much doubt you have any claim to make. The SPP was completed, shares issued and they made sure they traded when shares were issued before calling this halt.

You have the shares I presume? They have taken the cash I presume and I'm pretty sure a good chunk of it must have been spent based on their financials and liabilities.

I doubt they would have the cash to hand back and I highly doubt you have any claim to it. The risks are/were laid out in the SPP documents. They are there for a reason....

I would suggest seeking some legal and financial advice if you feel aggrieved but don't expect a great outcome IMO.

Be careful what you wish for too. If they were forced to hand back all SPP funds, that could push them in to a state of being totally insolvent. DYOR
