I am talking about listing rules and gov regulation by ASIC. There should be a CR cancellation condition when the market turned negative due to unforeseen disaster during the process of CR.
Anyway, I don’t think we are in the situation as SAS. When the stock re-list after Easter, the company should compensate holders who participated on the recent SPP with free options fairly.
Reading comments on Twitter, I know, some of you may have issues with some of the directors and would like to see this one heading down the SAS path. But during the time of Easter, you posters should spare shareholders the worries, let them have some peaceful times with their families and love ones. Stay save and have a Happy Easter everyone !
