DM hasn't just failed to deliver deals, he's failed at everything else too. Just go to the 36th minute of the last webinar. They talk at length about the importance of their website and the huge increase in traffic their getting. Totally pointless when you have no stock to sell. Also think about numbers. 2.5million lights sold 3 months ago. Let's say each person owns on average 4 Lifx lights? I own 8. That's 600,000 unique customers. That's nothing! A tiny number. Lifx need to change their model. Change their CEO. Understand that sales is now far more important that having 40 staff doing techy stuff and changing the app etc! It's a waste of money and a huge missed revenue opportunity having point of sales in retailers that don't display the products property cycling colour. Change is needed. Dave shouldn't be CEO, he should be CYA!
