However, I do believe they can make a winner of this.

The premise that 20 percent of the agent in the industry earn 80 percent of the income in the industry means If you have a large enough base of agents and you keep expenses lean this could work.

Sadly they have overpaid for rent rolls and other interests as you rightly point out and now their debt load could topple them.

Reading through today’s finance update I believe they have managed to secure some finance. Will wait to see the detail.
