Great analysis 909 and factually 100% correct. I to own a real estate company have done for 30 years we are still receiving cash flow from sales that we made many weeks and even months ago our issue is going to be June July and beyond. Having so much debt, paying management staff and directors massive salaries and on top of all that paying the salespeople a huge wedge is a one-way road to disaster. unfortunately for AU1 in my view it would seem almost impossible to trade out of the terrible situation they find themselves in.
