Maria and the whole board should stand down.
Very concerning that during Covid, this board and Maria did not take a significant pay cut as other businesses have. She is still draining $130k per quarter and the board another $200k for absolutely nothing. A huge smack in shareholders faces during these pandemic.
It shows the greed and insensitivity of this board.
