The other point I would make is that I am not sure how much certainty management itself has. There is the saying that on the high sea and in a court of law you are in God's hand. In respect to the courts I find that quite accurate.

Lastly the quality of the institutional investors on the register is not great, maybe with the exception of Thorney, but so far their read of the situation has not been very good.

So I think you are right. It is a gamble; one where you have no real way of knowing the odds.

Thats funny the ANN reckons they have just added "high quality" instos to the list. And effectively oversubscribed with the 11m underwriting SPP now added in.

Mind you so it should be at 5c.

Yep its a gamble but all im saying is its not an expected zero payoff - there is some probable upside to you numbers - just how much is the gamble

Ill be taking my full lick but not happy about how it was run. Longer term a good chunk of our newly printed dollars earmarked for infrastructure spending will wind up in DCG.
