As a shareholder I am definately not happy about this - I invested in a listed public company now I am effectively trapped in an unlisted company - and why? The excuse by the directors of saving listing fees doesn't "wash" for me - as a shareholder I now likely have less information forthcoming and definately less protection for my now iliquid investment which listing the listing requirements provided.
