RXL has responded to a speeding ticket today.Bottom line you need lawyers to write this stuff and it takes time.Insider trading is rife in the ASX and particularily the gold space.(I cant substantiate this )I mean come on how many times has The AFR printed an article about a mining company days before the ann.Ie NST super pit ,SAR super pit ,DEG cap raise there are more examples.Afterall the money oppertunities present on the sniff of insider trading.
