They saw their other targets as priority from what I can make out Yubbedub. Pickle Crow was more of a sidelined Project for down the track. Perhaps their Geo's thought it too hard in the ST, due to these other plots? They aren't required to pay a cent until it gets to decision time to mine it so, other priorities took centre stage... I think they're mad myself but, they do have more than one Tier 1 Project. Bit miffed @ even Pickle Crow deemed Tier 1 though? Only 1.23Moz's for now...
