There would be no reason to refuse/question the response given by AUT unless leaked info can be proven, which is grounds for serious intervention (very, very rare cases). Otherwise, a 10 min letter is sufficient in these cases. The ASX is quite weak in these matters & it would have to be something from left field for a ST to be followed by Suspension. There has to be more to it... I believe AUT exec's are using the time to fast-track results of some nature anyway... We wait now which always sucks (but, imagine material assays with nice hits)
@Haplo ~ Thurs is a very long wait for anything but significant material results pending!
