The problem appears to be.... imo... you cannot issue an Annual Report... to the ASX... without an Audit Opinion....imo
Now,,,,, the Auditor offered 'No Opinion'... quite what they get paid for... is anyone's guess.
To remedy the situation,,,, an opinion must be produced..... so ball in PwC court.... quite unbelievable they did not know this.... imo
Quick fix is PwC,,, offereing and opinion. Slower route is sack PwC...... and get a re-audit from a capable Auditor...to satisfy the ASX....imo. Has no bearing on the companies prospects or current financial position, which is well covered in the Directors Report ...in the AR...imo.
