I agree with you and I agree with SeaE,
I don’t think the purchase of this company is worth $20 million, I mean come of the grass!! This doesn’t leave much fat for shareholders in my opinion.
Just over 1 billion shares issue for the purchase is taking the micky big time!!
I have been watching this stock like a hawk because I was interested in the original business and thought this the perfect environment to come out with an MOU with a major company to make recycled stuff.
was hoping the purchase had something to do with the original business and technology.
I think shareholders should vote no to this purchase plan and to sack the whole board, get a board in to get a deal done with the technology the company currently has.
