Antman, I wholeheartedly blame management. Total shareholder return for the recent past has been;

By any measure these are extremely poor returns and a stable focused management team should realise that these results are unacceptable. They have had ample time to turn things around. It is time to stop destroying shareholder value and move on voluntarily or otherwise.
