Let me get this straight. The company announced a CR after a pump @ 5.3c. The stock price was retreating back to the CR price (as if often does). There is still time before the CR is finalised, so to prevent a continuation in stock price slide, the security goes into a TH, followed by a Suspension.
It's an interesting tactic. I wonder how the CR was coming along?
I wonder too what will happen when 20%+ of new shares come onto the market at 5.3c.
Are investors aware that at the last annual report (sept 2019), the company had circa 534M shares. The company currently has circa 612M shares, and about to issue another 100M+ shares, with LIND still able to convert circa 40M+ shares on top.
534M -> 750M shares. That is circa 40% dilution in the space of approx 12 months
