hmm... i would like to ask, does CEO have to buy any shares if she and management have confidence?

according to Michelle's linkedin page, she has several roles in a number of companies or organisations, seems to me all/most of which are in tech/med industry... maybe she has enough shares of these companies for now all together..

Btw, chairman and their non executive director bought shares a while back, right?! they were selling last Thursday?

I am not an expert here, just like to share my thoughts, bounce off from you guys, and learn from you guys..
