There is no reason you can't develop an algorithm for this, but there are many assumptions that go along with it. I understand a great deal about AI as it's a field of study for me, and every time I see the marketing spin about a company that uses AI, I usually call bulls** and have many doubts.
I've seen a few posts on HC about what the company is trying to do, and there is a clear distinction between 'predicting trial outcomes' and 'predicting outcomes of trails'. The clear wording of company Information leads me to believe they have some people who actually know what they are doing, and this is far more than I can say for a lot of companies using AI.
I can see value in what they are doing and if they can do what they intend to, it should drive a lot of growth. However, I am not sure they are good at working as a public company and have concerns of CEO's ability in this space, especially in the last few days.
Otherwise, I'll be watching this one closely.
