Firstly there is no stitching up of the other jv partners as they would get an asset worth more than the liabilities. Funny how you want to wind up everyone with suggestions and opinions as fact.
What makes you think the cash raised in a CR the business got is sitting in the Senegal subsidiary? Just asking. I haven't seen anything showing me where its sitting. Can someone post a link if they actually have evidence. I wouldn't mind knowing.
