Negotiated what with WPL?
WPL were never going to negotiate once arbitration was underway IMO.
FAR management chose that path and were completely wrong.
FID was supposed to happen the end of 2018.
The only thing that changed was WPL took over.Mad I really don't understand how the CR mobs would have kicked in the dough without their DD on finance.
Second, IF, they were led up the garden path, WHY, did they vote for management??
