Being an auditor is a serious thing. They can get sued (remember Arthur Anderson and Enron) which is why they would be worried. They can't take any chances. It will take the ASX a while to work through this - not sure that they have the capability. Suspect FAR will end up being suspended for some time while it all gets sorted out.
