I thought it would be more likely that FAR would make a placement to an investor, seriously diluting all the other shareholders. This is probably less likely now when FAR is suspended, but not impossible. Meridian migh do something like that, maybe in conjunction with a new investor. Either way, unlikely that this is going to end well for minority shareholders.
