if you’re Lukoil, you’ve wasted a few million on this already. You don’t want 13%. You know that Woody’s gonna pre-empt your offer. Why bother to make one? Well...offer half what we offered to Cairn. If we get it...no problem. If we don’t, at least we’ve stopped Woody from getting it for nowt. Is it likely? I don’t think so, who’d want to be in a JV with a 70% owner who doesn’t want you in the JV. My advice to Lukoil...walk away and don’t look back. You dodged a bullet. And that means FAR is going down.
