It is your RIGHT as a shareholder and highly encouraged to ask questions. There are no wrong questions.
It is the sole RESPONSIBILITY of the company to be honest and truthful when delivering responses to these questions, no matter how trivial or controversial they may seem.
Rememeber that CRO is using your money to build something.
If the builder forgot his ladder you would ask WHY.
Waiting for an explanation, but definitely not letting it affect my day/week(s).
Learning to stand up and say "Please explain and justify your actions" is liberating.
