Is this the first spec stock some of you have traded?
Stuff like this happens fairly often, missed deadlines, accounting oversights etc. You can be a gun in your industry and still make mistakes, especially in the frenzied start-up phase.

I hold WGO, the missed a deadline recently, sorted it, came back with a GSA announcement and SP is quite happy and trending upwards as they continue to drill.
